Powder Paint System
• Stainless Steel Washer System: iron phosphate process, 12 foot/minute, openings are 3' 6" wide and 5' 6" tall, Six (6) stages with a final D.I. water rinse. The first and third stages are heated with gas fired heating tubes.
• Curing Oven: designed temperature is 450 degrees, curing time is 20 minutes at 12 foot a minute, openings same as washer and has the entrance and exit at the same end.
• Dry off oven
• Off-Line spray to waster booth.
• On-Line spray to waste booth with painter station on either side.
• Nordson Prodigy spray system with two spray guns and six color hoppers.
• Three Nordson reclaim booths; one has two color modules for quick color changes.
• All three Nordson Reclaim booths have ten automatic spray guns (versa-spray gun II) and two manual spray stations with spray guns. The quick color change booth has two manual Nordson SureCoat Spray Guns.
• The D.I. Water System is capable of making 18 gallons per minute.
