HISTORY

Schneider Industries first project was for Ralston Purina for one of their divisions, Beech Nut Baby Food in San Jose, CA.

Today Schneider Industries has managed over 500 projects for companies including: General Mills, Anheuser-Busch, Emerson Electric, Olin, Revlon, Energizer, Heinz, as well as many smaller companies.  In 2004 Schneider Industries opened its office in Mexico and since has managed over 20 sales there for Emerson Electric, M & M Mars, Berry Plastics, Herdez, Campbell Soup and others.  SI also managed a sale in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil for Thermadyne selling the real estate and equipment totaling $6,500,000 in sales.  Energizer utilized Schneider Industries worldwide capabilities for sales in the Philippines and Switzerland.

In 1994 Schneider Industries sold its first sports stadium, The St. Louis Arena where everything was sold including the arena seats, scoreboards, zamboni, dasher boards, memorabilia, etc. Since then, Schneider Industries has added Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Tiger Stadium in Detroit and Cowboy Stadium in Dallas to its list of Stadium events.

In 2009 Schneider Industries offered and sold its first ongoing business, MGP Ingredients in Kansas City, MO. The package included all equipment, real estate, IP and customer lists.  Since then SI has offered and sold other properties including South Louisiana Ethanol in New Orleans and a Wet Corn Mill in Dimmitt, TX.
