Bruce Schneider
President
Bruce started Schneider Industries in 1993 with the vision to assist corporations in selling their surplus equipment. After the first project, a Beech-Nut Baby Food operation in San Jose, CA, the company has grown into a global operation. General Contracting services now include factory restorations, demolition projects, and real estate sales.
Dan Rosenthal
Chief Operating Officer
Dan joined Schneider Industries in 1999 with a background in hi tech. Now, Dan’s primary function is to oversee the business operations and projects to ensure all components are on track. Dan has managed hundreds of projects for companies including General Mills, Kellogg’s, Emerson Electric, Busch Stadium, and Arch Coal.
Josh Bussmann
Sr. Vice President Of Business Development
After graduating with an MBA from the University of Missouri in 2003, Josh began his career at Schneider Industries. He now manages accounts for MillerCoors and Anheuser-Busch and has completed major sports arena projects including the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit and the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
Candy Kennett
Marketing Director
Since 2001, Candy has managed all event marketing including social media, email, website advertising, direct mail, and telemarketing campaigns. Candy’s primary goal is to bring in as many bidding participants as possible to the events.
Kim Schwaegel
Company Controller
Kim’s primary responsibility is to manage all of Schneider Industries’ finances. This includes invoicing, receivables, accounts payable, sales tax collection, and reconciling all projects.
Josh Schneider
VP of Business Development
Josh began at Schneider Industries in 2015 after receiving a business degree from the University of Wisconsin. Josh has since spearheaded numerous projects for companies including Boeing, KraftHeinz, Sims Recycling, and ABB Transformer.
Riley Maccracken
Operations & Business Manager
Riley graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a business degree in marketing and management. His role at the company includes managing projects and finding new business. Riley has completed projects for The Palace of Auburn Hills, Kemlab Metal Working, ADM, and Vecna Robotics.
Betty Kennett
Customer Relations
Betty answers any and all questions customers may have about events such as pickups, deliveries, trucking, payment terms, etc.
Holly Connoley
Finance Department
Holly assists the finance department and oversees that items are picked up from all events on a timely basis.
Jim Smith
Event Coordinator
Jim has been working with Schneider Industries since 2002. His main focus is inventory, this includes ensuring all items are accounted for with complete descriptions and photos to maximize value for sale.
