Machine Description:

The Hemp Biomass Separator is a USA Made machine that is specifically
designed to separate your biomass into separate byproducts. This system will
separate the stalks/stems into their own storage container, the seeds (if any) into
their own container, and the floral material into a super-sack to be delivered to the
processor for extraction.
With this system, you will be able to have the best possible end product for
extraction. Adding the Separating Phase to your post harvest processing will also
allow you to create additional byproducts for additional revenue. The separator is
engineered to handle dry biomass in uniform sizes (.5″-2″ particles).
By adding a pellet mill to your setup, you can process the stalks/stems for feed,
animal bedding, and even fuel. There is no need to waste any of your hard earned
crop. Adding these additional steps will increase your revenue as well as give you
an outstanding byproduct for extraction.
There are a few models available for this system. We offer fully built mobile units
that will allow your business to not only use for your facility but to also offer the
services to others for a fee. The mobile units come complete with a generator so
you can operate it in the field as needed. We also offer explosion proof electrical
components if needed.
