Answer: Should the posted Reserve NOT BE MET then Seller, at their option, may choose to accept any such high bid amount that may be LOWER than the Reserve within 24 hours of close of lot. High Bidder will be obligated to purchase the lot at their high bid price should the Seller choose to accept the high bid within 24 hours of close of auction — EVEN IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET.
