Part of Cemline’s Unfired Steam Generator (USG) series, designed to produce clean

steam using steam or high-temperature hot water as the energy source.

This generator is in working order and has always been stored indoors.

-It was only used for 1 year and was well maintained.

-The generator and all components subject to the steam side are carbon steel furnished.

Components Include:
-“U” bend coil with 18 BWG 90:10 copper nickel tubes, steel tube sheet, 300# fabricated steel coil head
-2-way Electric operated control valve to modulate the incoming HTHW
-Control valve pilot to monitor output steam pressure and modulate the HTHW to maintain constant output pressure
ASME code Section 1 pressure relief valve to relieve the total BTU
-Vessel steam pressure gauge
-Thermometer to monitor the incoming HTHW temperature
-Level controller with gauge glass – carbon steel
-Manual blow off valve
-Low water and high pressure cut off

Steam-trol™ Solid State Control module that includes the following functions:
-PID control signal, On-off switch, pressure readout, high pressure set point, low water cut off, alarm horn

 with alarm silence button, low pressure alarm, high water alarm, feed water indicator.
-Steam-trol™ will have an LCD touch screen display with remote pressure readout,

 remote pressure setting, remote on/off control, Modbus interface, and contacts for Building Automation System.
-Brass feedwater solenoid valve and check valve
-Electric high-water cut-off
-Centrifugal boiler blow-off/condensate cooler
-Feedwater condensate pump with receiver
