13.1 MW Biomass Power Generation Facility 

The Eagle Valley Clean Energy Plant is a biomass power generation facility, located in Gypsum, Colorado (5 minutes from Eagle County Regional Airport and 28 minutes west of Beaver Creek Resort). Interested parties have the opportunity to acquire the fully operational plant.

The plant includes a comprehensive set of assets critical for sustainable energy production. The plant is being sold as-is, with all listed assets included, offering an opportunity to enhance local energy infrastructure with a focus on clean energy. 

This sale supports efforts to reduce carbon emissions from coal power plants. By offering the plant at a reduced price we are off-setting the price of relocating the Plant. Operating this plant promises to enhance the long-term viability of biomass as a clean energy solution.
