Ach Foods closed its edible oil and shortening processing facility in Champaign, IL, and hired Schneider Industries to manage an orderly negotiated sale of the processing plant located on 35 acres and all machinery and equipment.

SOLUTION:

SI was successful in selling all the equipment in a little over six-months and secured a buyer to purchase the building.
